For Users
How do I book a massage or wellness service?
Browse provider profiles in your area, purchase a 5-credit package, and then use credits to access contact information. You’ll arrange appointments directly with the provider through their provided contact information.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to access provider contact information provided by them. Each contact request costs 1 credit. A 5-credit package allows you to see 5 different providers contact information. Credits expire minimum after 30 days. Detailed information are given in credit package page.
Who provides the massage service?
Independent wellness and massage providers offer their services. The platform only facilitates discovery and initial contact. All service agreements, scheduling, and payments are made directly between the user and the provider.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment for the actual massage or wellness service is arranged directly with the provider. You only pay the platform for credits to access provider contact information.
What if I have an issue with a provider?
Since services are arranged directly between you and the provider, you should first contact them to resolve any issues. For serious concerns like fraud or safety violations, you can report them to safety@wellpairing.com.
For Providers
How do I create a provider profile?
Register for an account, complete the identity verification process, and fill out your profile with your services, pricing, location, and contact information. Your profile will be reviewed before being published.
How much does it cost to list my services?
Basic profiles are free. You can upgrade to a paid premium profile for enhanced visibility and additional features. Premium plans start at a monthly subscription fee.
How do I receive bookings?
When users purchase credits and access your profile, they’ll use the credits to see your contact information to reach out directly. You manage all appointments and communications yourself.
Do I need to pay commissions on bookings?
No. The platform does not take commissions from your services. You keep 100% of your service fees. The platform only charges providers for optional premium features.
What if my contact information changes?
Update your profile immediately with current contact details. Providing incorrect or outdated contact information can result in profile suspension, as it violates our terms of service.
Are providers responsible for their profile information and services?
Yes. Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted details, including services, experience, qualifications, pricing, and availability. The platform does not verify this information. If multiple user reports or complaints are received regarding misleading information or service-related issues, the platform reserves the right to suspend or remove the provider’s profile at its sole discretion. Any fees already paid are non-refundable.
Platform & Policies
What is the platform's role?
We provide a digital marketplace for wellness providers and users to connect. We do not provide services, organize appointments, supervise meetings, or handle service payments. We’re a neutral intermediary.
Is identity verification required?
Yes, all providers must complete identity verification before their profile is published. This includes government ID verification and email confirmation to ensure platform integrity and reduce fraud.
What content is prohibited?
Sexual services, escort services, illegal activities, harassment, fraud, impersonation, and discriminatory content are strictly prohibited. Accounts violating these rules will be suspended or permanently removed.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are generally non-refundable except in cases of verified technical malfunction. Credits grant access to contact information given by the providers themselves only and do not guarantee service performance or provider response.
How is my data protected?
We use secure HTTPS encryption, restrict access to sensitive documents, maintain internal logging, and implement controlled administrative access. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
